Last updated: July 31, 2026

RheMatrix Institute (“RheMatrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit rhematrixinstitute.org or submit information through the website.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you contact us through the website, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your organization or affiliation, if provided;
  • The subject or category of your inquiry; and
  • The contents of your message.

Please do not submit confidential, privileged, classified, export-controlled, financial, medical, or other sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Information Processed Automatically

Our website, hosting provider, security services, and analytics service may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, maintain, and understand the performance of the website.

Depending on the service, this may include an IP address, browser or device information, referring page, access time, server-log information, and page-performance data.

We do not use personal information for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal information.

How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the website to:

  • Respond to and manage inquiries;
  • Communicate regarding potential research, institutional, professional, employment, partnership, or other appropriate relationships;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website;
  • Protect against spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats;
  • Maintain appropriate institutional and administrative records; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confidential, fiduciary, attorney-client, employment, partnership, or other formal relationship with RheMatrix Institute.

Contact-Form Processing and Retention

Contact-form submissions are stored through our WordPress form system using Fluent Forms and transmitted to our institutional email system.

Spam, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or clearly irrelevant submissions may be deleted promptly.

Routine legitimate inquiries that do not result in an ongoing relationship are generally deleted when no longer reasonably needed, ordinarily within 12 months. Information associated with an ongoing institutional, legal, contractual, research, employment, partnership, or professional matter may be retained for a longer period consistent with the applicable recordkeeping purpose.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in routine system backups until those backups are overwritten or deleted through the applicable service provider’s standard processes.

Service Providers, Security, and Analytics

We use third-party service providers to operate and protect the website and email system. These providers may process limited personal or technical information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services.

Our current website and email hosting provider is Hostinger. The website operates through WordPress, and the contact form uses Fluent Forms.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile and a form honeypot to help prevent automated spam and abuse. Cloudflare may process limited technical information necessary to provide Turnstile.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics, and RheMatrix does not use it to create individual visitor profiles.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, administration, and basic website functionality. Administrative login cookies apply to authorized website administrators and are not intended to track ordinary visitors.

External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. RheMatrix does not control the privacy or security practices of those websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information:

  • To service providers acting on our behalf;
  • When reasonably necessary to respond to or manage an inquiry;
  • To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of RheMatrix, the website, or others;
  • In connection with an organizational restructuring or transfer, subject to appropriate protections; or
  • When required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

However, no website, email system, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you submitted through the website. Requests may be submitted through our Contact page.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, recordkeeping, or other legitimate institutional purposes.

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for a general professional and adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through the website.
